Start with our free framing and inventory solutions! If your budget is limited or you are just getting started, framing ColoProperty® is a great solution. It is included in your IRES subscription, at no additional cost to you. If you are looking for more customizable listing display, IDX may be your answer. We also offer custom data delivery solutions from VOW to AVM to listing syndication.
Frame ColoProperty®
ColoProperty.com allows any IRES subscriber in good standing to add a fully featured MLS search page to your website with a small line of code, provided by IRES. The best part? It’s free, and all the leads will go to YOU!
Here’s How it Works
When a visitor accesses ColoProperty.com® through your framed site they can search all IRES active listings. If they click “Request Info” on any listing detail, the inquiry will be emailed to you instead of the listing agent. If you are an active IRES subscriber and would like to register for your special ColoProperty® framing link, simply submit this online form. We will send you the code for your new frame generally within one business day of your request.

ColoProperty.com® Inventory
ColoProperty.com® Inventory dynamically links the listing inventory of an individual or office. Listings are updated every hour and each listing finds all the features found on ColoProperty.com®. Each listing features all of the trimmings found on ColoProperty.com® such as maps, multiple photos, virtual tour, your personal photo & contact information. Inventory links are free, but you will need to sign up to receive your link.
Again, the best part? All the leads will go directly to YOU!
IDX
Participating broker/owners may download active listings of other participating broker/owners and display them on the broker web site in accordance with IRES rules and policies. You may have heard this program referred to as Broker Reciprocity or Internet Data Exchange (IDX).

Custom Data Delivery
Our private Back office feeds will integrate IRES MLS data with your Broker Service Products. Private VOW (virtual office website) allows clients to use a website as their office. AVM (automated valuation model) can bring property valuations to your website. Listing syndication is also available from IRES MLS to push your listings to ColoProperty.com®, Realtor.com®, REcolorado.com® and Broker Public Portal (Homesnap).
