All downloads are now available via Bridge Interactive’s Web API which provides the data in certified RESO Data Dictionary standards. Benefits include:

RETS
Downloads were previously available via RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) however we no longer offer this option. RETS facilitates and standardizes data transfer between partners in the real estate industry.

Broker Back Office Integrates IRES MLS data with your Broker Service Products. These types of feeds are not available for public use and they require a login that is not accessible by the public, including your clients.
VOW (Virtual Office Website) allows your clients to utilize a website as they would a brick and mortar office building. VOW Policy
AVM (Automated Valuation Model) feeds provide the ability to add property valuations to a website.

Third Party Access
Third Party web developers may qualify to receive the IDX download and are subject to the IDX rules and policies. Required forms are completed through the Bridge Interactive Agreement Management platform. Please contact IRES to receive an invite through the Bridge platform, or for further details and fee structure information.
Opt Out Broker/owners who choose not to participate in IDX are required to submit the IDX Opt-Out Agreement to IRES.
