Our Loveland based company is your local MLS-the database that houses real estate listings. Our customers are real estate brokers, appraisers and their staff and our main goal is to provide them with the industry’s best service. Our small, fun staff is comprised of creative thinkers who like to focus on finding good solutions to tough questions. While each position has specific duties, we also try to accommodate each person’s interests by finding additional duties that suit them. We are a dog friendly environment.
IRES MLS was formed in 1996 as the regional MLS for Northern Colorado by four Boards and Associations of REALTORS® in Boulder/Longmont, Fort Collins, Greeley, and Loveland/Berthoud. In addition to these four Boards and Associations, IRES is the MLS provider for the Estes Park Board of REALTORS® and the Logan County Board of REALTORS®. Our office is centrally located in Loveland, Colorado.
