How Do I Get Started?
First, log in to IRESis. Then, take advantage of helpful online tutorials and videos that give step-by-step instructions for most IRES MLS services. (Located on the Professional Development screen, under the Resources Tab).

IRES Subscribers
Once we receive a signed Subscriber Agreement, we will process your form within 24 business hours and email you an invoice for payment. Within 2-3 business hours from the payment receipt, you will be emailed the Welcome letter, which will include your User Name and Password. IRES monthly fees are $50 per REALTOR®, $59 per non-REALTOR®, billed quarterly. With the Subscriber Agreement, please pay the Initiation Fee ($95 per REALTOR®, $225 per non-REALTOR®) plus a minimum of 1 month IRES fees, or to get in sync with our billing cycle, IRES recommends paying for the current calendar quarter in full.
Should you cancel your subscription, please fill out the Cancellation Form. You may reactivate within 6 months of your cancellation without paying the Initiation fee. However, those who reactivate after 6 months will be assessed the Initiation Fee and will also be charged any outstanding balance.
The Employing Broker of an office must be an active subscriber in order for a licensed agent within that office to become a subscriber.
Billing
For your convenience, NO credit card information is required and IRES MLS 14-day Trial Accounts are automatically cancelled after 14 days.
If you decide to become an IRES MLS subscriber after the 14 day trial period, ALL the IRES MLS services are included in one low flat rate of $50 per month ($59 for non-REALTOR®).
