Attending Professional Development Classes
Who can Attend
Classes offered through IRES MLS are only available to IRES subscribers who are in good standing. If you are not an IRES subscriber, you are not eligible for our Professional Development services.
CE Credit Qualification
IRES is approved to issue CE credit for licensed real estate brokers who are subscribers of the IRES MLS service. We are not certified for appraiser continuing education.
Walk-Ins and Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee seats to walk-ins. If you cannot attend a class you have signed up for, please email us a cancellation so someone can take your place.

In addition to our online tutorials, which are available 24 hours a day, we offer in-person Professional Development at various locations in Colorado as well as online webinars.
