Could You Add Fire Mitigation Certificate to Add/Edit Dropdown List?
Yes. Done! On Add/Edit Step 7: Documents, you will now be able to find the “Fire Mitigation Certificate” option inside the “Description” dropdown menu.
Can You Add the Ability to Export as CSV?
Sure, no problem! Inside Property Explorer, you may now export listings as a CSV, using the options available (1004MC, 14, 20, 30, 57, 71 fields, Choice Valuation, etc.). Simply select the listings you desire to export, and click “Export” in the share dropdown menu.
Can You Just Save My Print Report Settings?
Absolutely. Subscribers have asked for the ability to save print preferences when printing reports. And now, when you click the “Print” button, your settings will be automatically saved!
Can I Save Different Configurations for My List View in Property Explorer?
You sure can. Perhaps you bounce between buying/selling homes, but also specialize in land or commercial properties. The fields you want to see in your list view may differ based on the mindset you have during your search. Now, you can save a configuration of the fields you want to see with the click of a button inside Property Explorer. Click the gear icon at the end of the list view (you may have to scroll, based on your screen resolution), select and save your configuration.
