To-date local governments in Northern Colorado have added significant funding to ensure North I-25 is improved and expanded. Loveland: Lind Announces Major Development
Martin Lind, who developed Water Valley in Windsor, has announced a new project in east Loveland. The Brands at the Ranch would include retail, a 12-screen movie theater, 825 apartments, two hotels, an Olympic pool, three ice rinks and two themed restaurant attractions just south of The Ranch. Greeley: Greeley Joins 34 Coalition
The City Council approved the City’s participation in the newly formed Highway 34 Coalition. Weld County, Evans, Garden City, Loveland, Windsor and Johnstown are also in the process of joining the effort.
