Loveland: Lind Announces Major Development

Martin Lind, who developed Water Valley in Windsor, has announced a new project in east Loveland. The Brands at the Ranch would include retail, a 12-screen movie theater, 825 apartments, two hotels, an Olympic pool, three ice rinks and two themed restaurant attractions just south of The Ranch. Loveland: Council Approves Funding for Tourism Authority Application
