Boulder: Council Pushing for Middle Income Affordable Housing

The Boulder City Council reviewed a variety of regulatory tools and incentives to create middle-income deed restricted affordable housing units. Colorado: Study Says Middle Class Shrinking in Colorado

According to the Pew Research Center, middle-income households are declining in Colorado. Middle-class households in the Denver area decreased from 58 percent in 2000 to 53 percent in 2014.
