At an annual reception for City Council and staff, LBAR’s leadership learned Loveland is planning a major update of its zoning code following the adoption of Create Loveland, the updated comprehensive plan. The City is creating a task force to assist in designing the new code and asked LBAR to participate in that effort.
Tuesday night the City Council considered an annexation proposal for an 83-acre parcel west of Taft near the Lakeside Terrace subdivision.
