Any Partner Broker can sign up for our online IRESis.com Contracts system. All Colorado Real Estate Commission forms are included, plus additional worksheets. Templates can be created for standard contract language, office clauses can be inserted with the click of a button, the Date Helper quickly calculates Dates and Deadlines, and branding can be added. IRES listing information is integrated. Create forms online, then print, email or send for esignature via DocuSign® (at extra cost). Sign up here.

FRAME COLOPROPERTY.COM®
If you are looking for a powerful and affordable IDX solution, you’ve found it. Any Partner Broker may request a special link to frame ColoProperty® in order to display all active listings on his or her web site for FREE.
Here’s how it works:
When a visitor accesses ColoProperty.com® through your framed site they can search all active listings from IRES and all of our Partner MLS’s. If they click “Request Info” on any listing detail, the inquiry will be emailed to you instead of the listing agent.
If you are a Partner Broker and would like to register for your special ColoProperty® framing link, simply submit this online form. We will send you the code for your new frame generally within two business days of your request. You may select from the two options below:
