ColoProperty.com® IDX Framing

Any IRES subscriber in good standing may frame ColoProperty in order to display all active listings on his or her web site for free. Here’s how it works: When a visitor accesses ColoProperty.com through your framed site they can search all IRES active listings. If they click “Request Info” on any listing detail, the inquiry will be emailed to you instead of the listing agent. If you are an active IRES subscriber and would like to utilize this ColoProperty framing option on your web site, simply submit this online form. We will send you the code for your new frame generally within one business day of your request. ColoProperty.com® “My Inventory” List

“My Inventory” is the listing inventory of an individual or office, dynamically linked to ColoProperty.com® and updated automatically every hour. Each listing features all of the trimmings found on ColoProperty.com® such as maps, multiple photos, virtual tour, your personal photo & contact information, and the “Request Info” button that sends a lead directly to you.

Cloud CMA

Despite its name Cloud CMA actually creates more than just CMAs. Cloud CMA has report sets for both buyers and sellers. These reports include a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), Buyer Tour, Property Reports and Flyers. Cloud CMA will augment MLS data with other real estate data found on the web. This includes, but is not limited to: Neighborhood photos (Google ‘ s Panaramio),Zestimates (Zillow), WalkScore (Front Seat), Neighborhood and School Information (Zillow), local business ratings (Yelp) and Mortgage Quotes (Zillow Mortgage Market Place). Cloud CMA subscribers have the ability to select what type of data they want to include or exclude in each of their respective reports. CloudCMA is included in the IRES MLS fees (usually $34.95). Click the “CloudCMA” button on the IRESis Start Screen to activate your free account.

IRES Showing Systems

Found under the “Showings” Tab in IRESis, the Showings system is included in IRES MLS fees. This MLS integrated, user friendly system allows offices to track Showing appointments and easily identify showings in need of follow up. Showings feedback requests are automatically emailed to showing agents and once completed online, are emailed to the Listing Agent. Custom feedback questions can be created at the agent or listing level. Previous showing agents can be emailed for a second look, and various reports are included as well. Join the many small and large IRES offices that use this great system.

Colorado Contracts System

All Colorado Real Estate Commission forms are included, plus additional worksheets, and deep DocuSign® integration. Templates can be created for standard contract language, office clauses can be inserted with the click of a button, the Date Helper quickly calculates Dates & Deadlines, and branding can be added. Create forms online, then print, email, or send for esignature via DocuSign®. No extra charge for IRES subscribers or $60 per year for non-subscribing Colorado Real Estate brokers. Prospects/MySite

IRES offers a comprehensive Prospects system that features listing searches which run automatically (up to 3 times per day) and post listings to your client’s personalized website, or MySite. MySite includes all photos, virtual tours, map location, WalkScore, Neighborhood report, Open Houses and uploaded documents.
