Denee Evans

As CEO of the Council of Multiple Listing Services, Evans has worked to strengthen communities and provide a unified voice for the MLS industry while leading an organization that includes 203 MLS providers and over 1.2 million subscribers. Applying her expertise in finance, program development, and leadership to her role she has been twice named to the Swanepoel Power 200, included in Inman Top101 in Real Estate, and led CMLS to becoming an Inman Innovator finalist for MLS or Association. Evans continues to serve on the President’s Council at the University of Nevada, which invests in the future of the community through its commitment to students, programs, and efforts.
