Thanks to a strong partnership and data exchange and integration agreement, more listing data is available to consumers and brokers across Colorado. Exchanged listing data is now available on both public-facing websites: REcolorado.com and ColoProperty.com®.
We’ve updated “For Showings” at the bottom of ‘Step 1’ or ‘Main’ tab of Add/Edit listings. Where you previously selected a radio button, you’ll now see a dropdown list. You have the same options with a more streamlined use.
