Included with IRES memberships, the Homesnap app now provides brokers with access to all listings and information from IRES and REcolorado — right from their smartphone or tablet
LOVELAND, Colo. — November 9, 2020 — Information and Real Estate Services (IRES), a Loveland-based regional multiple listing service (MLS) that serves Boulder, Weld, Larimer, Logan and Morgan Counties, today announced that IRES listings and those shared through the recently announced agreement with REcolorado will be accessible on-the-go through the Homesnap mobile app, a free benefit for all IRES subscribers.
“Even in a pandemic, real estate professionals are often away from their desks working with clients, but these road warriors can now rejoice! Having access to the shared IRES/REColorado data right in the palm of their hands will allow brokers to service buyers and sellers better and even more quickly than ever before,” said Lauren Hansen, CEO of IRES.
The IRES-Homesnap agreement provides IRES members with these benefits:
- Access to private MLS data on all REcolorado listings right in the Homesnap app from any mobile device.
- “Pro only” Homesnap features, including the ability to run a rapid comparative market analysis (CMA), booking a showing or seeing agent information for REcolorado listings and agents listed in the Homesnap app.
- Complete access to full MLS history on all REcolorado listings in the Homesnap app.
More IRES Mobile Data Enhancements
In addition to these updates to the Homesnap app, IRES users can now also access integrated REcolorado listing information on the mobile version of IRESis.com. Our responsive system automatically detects which device is being used — smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop — and adjusts the display and functionality accordingly, allowing brokers to easily access, share, and show information on-the-go.
