Affordable Housing Fee Approved
The Lafayette City Council approved an ordinance implementing a $1 per square foot fee on all non-residential development for the Affordable Housing Impact Fee Trust Fund. The ordinance was passed as part of the consent calendar without any discussion; it goes into effect on July 12.
