IRES and PPMLS are pleased to announce that data sharing is now live! Subscribers can now access listings from either organization by logging into their preferred MLS. This integration significantly increases the amount of data you will have at your fingertips and raises the bar in data delivery and broker satisfaction.
Important Facts to Know About Data Share
When it comes to searching, LESS IS MORE. The less criteria you use, the more results you’ll get. Be aware that, while mapped to the best of our ability, features vary between systems. Because of this, we do not recommend using the “Features” tab when searching PPMLS listings.
Keep in mind that searching by map shape is best practice. Over 99% of properties are mapped which is far more precise than any other geographic definitions.
We’re excited to announce that you have access to a rolling three years of historical data! That is two more years than was available in previous data share iterations.
Enhance Contracts with MLS Information
You can import MLS data into IRESis Contracts. Automatically integrate the following fields on contracts and forms written in the IRESis Contracts System by adding the PPMLS MLS number to the transaction folder. (This is a function available to IRESis listings also!)

Items not currently available through Data Share
There are a few functions not available through data share. These include access to supplemental documents, commercial listings, the 1004 MC report, and Cloud CMA.
