At IRES, we continue to strongly believe collaboration between MLS organizations is the best way to be the most effective resource for our agents and brokers.
As many of you know, for much of the second half of 2018 and into 2019 we have built a partnership with Pikes Peak REALTOR Services Corp. (PPRSC) on data sharing and with a SentriLock Reciprocal Agreement. We discovered that our organizations are aligned, with similar goals and priorities. These ongoing partnerships make it easy for our collective customers to both find and ultimately show properties between the two footprints through a single subscription.
IRES continues to work on bringing our clients leading-edge technology to help you stay on top of your game in 2019. We have targeted the end of Q1 as the release for data sharing, allowing you to expand searches for your clients to PPRSC in the Colorado Springs area and vice versa. This important step is a key technical focus, and one we’re proud to bring to our customers.
We have also extended our SentriLock service agreement. As most of you know, SentriLock is an electronic lockbox system allowing users to open lockboxes from their smartphone or tablet and receive instant showing notifications. Also, brokers can see who is coming and going from their properties. By making this service seamlessly available, showing properties is easier for brokers and more convenient and secure for both buyers and sellers.
In addition to data sharing and SentriLock implementation, we will continue to both prepare for the busy selling season that is just around the corner, as well as to continue to nurture the new partnerships that support our customers, like PPRSC. That is our focus for the next few months.
Our top priority is to provide you the best service we can to make your job efficient, smart and successful.
Wishing you much success!
