Collaboration Expands Among Colorado MLSs with RPR View

CREN joins IRES in the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) data sharing partnership

Information and Real Estate Services (IRES MLS), and Colorado Real Estate Network (CREN) today announced further expansion of viewable real estate listings using the RPR View platform.

RPR View is the most widely used MLS data share solution in the country. This platform allows MLSs to display listings to their own customers only or to larger audiences such as all MLSs in the U.S. or a specific region. IRES and CREN have chosen to share all active inventory with one another.

“We are thrilled that our Realtor® subscribers can now view listings in not only northern Colorado but the Western Slope and southwestern Colorado. This expansion will allow Realtors® to better serve their customers and the public at large,” said Lauren Hansen, IRES CEO.

The addition of CREN listings will expand the footprint considerably.

“Realtors® subscribing to either MLS will now have access to search active inventory, share listings with clients and have more information for accurate real estate analysis no matter which MLS had the original listing,” said Jeff Follis, CREN CEO.

  1. That would be great if I were selling real estate on the Western Slope or in far Southern Colorado but I’m not. I am however looking and selling in the Denver Metro area where I can’t search without belonging to two MLS systems. When Is Ires and RE Colorado going to get there act together??? That would be most helpful!!!
