IRES MLS 2018 Year in Review

As we venture into 2019, let’s take a brief look in the rear view mirror and highlight some of the more popular updates from 2018. Our goal continues to be finding solutions and providing meaningful tools for our customers.

1. New Contacts Dashboard
The new design is streamlined, saving time and effort. Access MySite Reports, Prospect Searches, Contracts and Groups. Filter and organize your Contacts list for easier clean-up. View client engagement through the activity feed, follow-up on notes added to a Contact, and experience reporting made easy with visual snapshots.

2. HES – Home Energy Score Added
Find a new Green/Energy Efficiency Certification for Single Family Detached and Attached properties, on Screen 3 of Add/Edit Listings.

3. Recent Solds Appear on Mobile Map
Our latest enhancement to IRESis Mobile automatically includes the past 3 months of SOLD properties on the opening Map page. Easily expand your search or revert back to Actives through the Filter options.

4. Hotsheet Summary Added to Home Screen
Market snapshots at-a-glance display each time you login to, and are fully integrated with your Saved Hotsheets, This summary provides a visual, real-time display of listing activity for a specific market area, Listing Type, and Reporting Period. – all defined by you. and easily changed if you want to monitor a new segment.

5. Homesnap Pro comes to IRES
Homesnap Pro empowers you with mobile access to real-time, comprehensive, agent-only MLS data including price history, showing instructions, compensation, property summary, recent sales, comps, school districts and more. Take advantage of this free app if you haven’t downloaded it already. .

6. MyFloodStatus Reports
This new partnership gives IRES customers access to WTG’s MyFloodStatus Flood Zone Determination reports at a discount. The report is certified and insured and will establish if a dwelling is in or out of a flood hazard area. Offered on a pay-per-use basis, IRES customers qualify for a discounted price of $25 per report (regularly $30).

7. Generated over 4000 (free) Leads, owned and operated by IRES, emailed over 1650 inquiries from consumers to brokers at no charge. Thanks to our continued collaboration with other MLSs in the state, the site features listings from Grand Junction, Vail, and CREN (SW Colorado).
