IRES Adds Home Energy Score to Green Fields
Nearly ten years ago, IRES began to work closely with the Governor’s Energy Office, now known as the Colorado Energy Office, to “green the MLS”. IRES was the first Colorado MLS to implement green fields including Solar PV, HERS Scores, Energy Star Ratings and more. Since then, IRES has continued to lead with numerous behind the scenes efforts to improve energy efficiency knowledge and transparency in the industry. Why does this matter?
Directly integrated with IRES MLS, ePropertyWatch helps you stay in touch with past clients. The monthly report is full of information on their home and neighborhood, including information on their home’s value, nearby listings and transactions, local trends, and more.
IRES Offers the Lockbox Technology Brokers and Homeowners Want: SentriLock
In recent years, the use of technology has made real estate transactions more efficient, forever altering the way agents and brokers do their jobs. Despite significant advances in technology propelling the real estate industry into the future, many REALTORS® still resist new technologies, sticking with what “works,” and it could be putting their clients at risk.
