IRES Subscriber Update as of April 23, 2018
It has been a while since we updated you on the merger discussions with REcolorado. First and most important, we want to thank you for your patience. This is an important process, and negotiations between IRES and REcolorado continue. There are many stakeholders involved and, understandably, everyone wants to lay out the best path forward for the people they represent. Any process takes time since it involves collaboration and compromise from all sides.
As soon as the merger discussion has come to its conclusion we will update you with the results. During negotiations — and regardless of the timing of the conclusion of the negotiations — it is our plan to not make any major changes regarding use of any of the platforms during the busy summer home buying and selling season.
