We wanted to update our customers before the end of the year regarding the merger discussions between IRES and REcolorado.
You may recall we were targeting the end of the year to finalize and sign the merger documents, and although progress continues, merger documents are in the process of being reviewed by legal counsel for all parties. Once that process is complete, final approval will be in the hands of IRES owners and REcolorado shareholders sometime in January.
We appreciate your patience as we work through important details of the merger agreement and documents. Rest assured than many, many volunteer hours have been dedicated to these efforts and forward motion continues. As more details unfold, we will keep subscribers updated.
