Information and Real Estate Services LLC (IRES LLC) and Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® Announce RPR View Data-Sharing Solution.
Loveland, CO (December 18, 2017)- Information Real Estate Services LLC (IRES LLC) in a joint statement with and The Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® (PPAR) announced RPR View as the Data-Sharing Solution between PPAR and IRES LLC. The Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® (PPAR) announced in September the selection of REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) View as a solution for data-sharing and collaboration between the two MLSs. The two MLSs are pleased to announce that today marks the beginning of a data-sharing relationship for each corporation’s REALTOR® members. The data share will include Active and Sold listing data along with the offer of compensation between REALTOR® members.

RPR View makes it easy for MLSs to provide the ability to access local and regional listing data to REALTOR® subscribers of other MLSs, or to all REALTOR® members nationally. “The exchange of expanded listing data between the Colorado Springs market and Northern Colorado is in the best interest of REALTORS® throughout the Front Range,” said IRES LLC CEO, Lauren Hansen. “We are thrilled to be sharing data with PPAR through the RPR platform for the benefit of brokers and consumers.” RPR View offers two main categories of listing authorization: 1) On Market/Active listings and 2) Sold/Historical listings. “RPR View is a great solution for cooperation with brokers and Associations near and far. PPAR is excited about this collaboration with IRES LLC and looks forward to future collaboration efforts with other MLSs,” added Reid.

IRES MLS: Come Home to Colorado 
I was just about to call you about this. What happens with membership dues in 2018? Are the two systems still going to operate separately with different services but share data only? I belong to REColorado and IRES so I’m trying to plan going forward.
IRES fees will remain unchanged and the two systems will continue to operate separately for the time being . As soon as decisions are made, we will notify all users as promptly as possible. In the meantime, you are welcome to take advantage of the discounted annual payment. Adjustments will be made as needed down the road.
