T3 MLS was engaged by IRES and REcolorado on March 17, to identify a solution to the existing multiple front range MLS databases and services.
Extensive meetings (more than 12 hours) were held on March 23-24, with the shareholders, boards of directors and executives of both MLSs. Clearly there is a sense of urgency to address the current situation and provide the solution needed by Colorado Realtors® to do their job and serve consumers.
Today – April 10, T3 MLS delivered its initial report to IRES and REcolorado including points of commonality, critical success factors, challenges recommendations, next steps and a proposed timeline. If the report is approved by the stakeholders, we remain committed to developing a clear roadmap for an expanded regional MLS by the end of April followed by a recommended permanent long-term solution by the summer of 2017.
