The City Council approved a change for zoning for the Stephens Farm property, to allow the owners to rezone 156 acres from PUD (planned unit development) low, medium and high density residential. Stephen Farms is located south of 10th Street, west of 83rdAvenue and north of the Sheep Draw.
The change of zoning is the first step towards developing the site. Next the owners, Stephens Family Partnership, will have to submit a development plan and subdivision application for the property. This project could add a significant new residential subdivision to Greeley’s west side with a variety of different housing options.
