Datasharing To End Between IRES & REcolorado On 3/2/17

IRES received confirmation on February 27th that REcolorado will stay the course and end the CCM data share agreement between IRES and REcolorado as of March 2nd, 2017.

Therefore, we regret to inform you that as of March 2nd, 2017, all listing data from REcolorado will no longer be accessible to IRES users.

Timeline: How We Got Here

In order to ease some of the pain, IRES is:

  1. Waiving the initiation fee to anyone who signs up with us now through the end of March. We hope this will encourage brokers who want to reach a wider audience and/or learn more about our system to sign up with IRES.  They may sign up here.
  2. Offering training on some tools in our MLS system that may help.

Now What? Suggested Workaround

Learn how to use FIND, a national database created by Move.com, that includes actives and recent solds throughout the Front Range and beyond.  Located under the IRESis Search menu, this system includes a HotFeed (similar to Hotsheets) to find new and changed properties and listing reports that can be sent to clients.

IRES has scheduled special webinars so you can learn more:

Monday, March 6th from 9:30-10:30
Tuesday, March 7th from 9:00-10:00

Or, learn on your own:

  1. I just applied along with my broker Douglas B. Yeager. I have a listing in Boulder before the non sharing started and I am wondering what I need to do to get it back in IRES? Thank you so much for your time.
