Brinkman Partners recently presented the conceptual design for the South Catalyst project to the City Council. As currently envisioned it will include a five to six screen movie theater, a 525 space parking lot, 54,000 SF of office space, 17,000 SF of retail, a public plaza and 140 units of multi-family residential. Brinkman’s team said they are investigating the possibility of condos versus apartments and will bring back that element of the plan at a later date. They also told Council they may be looking at a metropolitan district to finance the project.
