Information and Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES Multiple Listing Service) and the Vail Board of Realtors (VBR) are new partners for public listing display on IRES owned ColoProperty.com®. VBR brings an additional 1200 listings to ColoProperty.com® from the Vail Valley, which includes towns along the I-70 corridor from East Vail to Dotsero and beyond.

With the addition of the Vail MLS listings, ColoProperty now features over 1000 single family dwellings, condos and townhomes from Eagle County, Colorado including the cities of Vail, Eagle, Edwards, Avon, Beaver Creek, Gypsum, Dotsero, Minturn and more.
Recently, CREN MLS in Southwestern Colorado and the Grand Junction Area Realtors® also partnered with IRES MLS bringing an additional 10,000 listings to the site.
