ColoProperty.com® Expands to include Western Colorado

Information and Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES Multiple Listing Service) has recently expanded their public listing web site’s footprint to include property listings from Grand Junction, Gunnison, Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Now consumers can search a broader inventory of homes for sale from Southwest Colorado to the Northeastern corner.

Approximately 2000 additional listings from the Grand Junction Area Realtors® Association (GJARA) and Gunnison Country Association of Realtors® (GCAR) have been integrated into ColoProperty.com®, bringing the total inventory to over 15,000 available properties.   As an additional convenience, rosters of real estate offices, brokers and their contact information have been added to the site, so that consumers can search for real estate professionals throughout the state.

ColoProperty.com® has been owned and operated by IRES MLS since 1998. With an interactive map search and updates received directly from the MLS every hour, listing status and price is as up to date as consumers can access. Since the site does not allow paid placements for listings, search results are based on what the consumer entered, not the highest bidder. In addition, the listing broker is prominently displayed next to each listing, not a directory based on an algorithm.

As a result, the site has been consistently popular with consumers and brokers. Its motto, “Come Home to Colorado”, was inspired by the fact that it is a Colorado based site, headquartered in Loveland, Colorado.
