2015Rearviewfacebook2015 was a year of new challenges. Without doubt, our industry is in the midst of internal and external quakes and shakes. However, IRES worked tirelessly to keep our focus on serving you, our customers. To what avail?

To keep online marketing opportunities open and give brokers decision making power over their listings, we agreed to provide the Zillow Group a direct feed when they cancelled their contract with ListHub. As always, brokers are in the driver’s seat – choose to send your listings or not. We only send the listings brokers ask us to include.

We partnered with ListTrac to provide listing hits from across the web in one report. Compare hits and leads from ColoProperty.com®, Zillow Group, and various IDX providers, plus send sellers a weekly status report of online marketing efforts. Is your IDX provider included in the report? If not, please encourage them to contact us and sign up. They will receive added exposure and you can measure the traffic. Find ListTrac under the Reports menu.

ColoProperty.com® still generates more leads for your listings than other websites, tm-cp-sqwhich are sent directly to the Listing Agent free of charge. To increase our online footprint and attract more consumers, we added an interactive map search to the site this year. Consumers can zoom to a specific area or see the properties near their current location.

New partnerships were formed with the CREN MLS (Southwestern Colorado) and the Grand Junction Area Realtors® to display their listings on ColoProperty.com®. Adding 10,000 more listings increases ColoProperty’s internet presence and the marketing potential for your listings.

Since we are expanding into areas outside of Northern Colorado, we reinvented our logo and motto using the state tm-ires-sqflag as our inspiration. We weretm-chtc pleased to receive excellent feedback about our new brand.

Our Mobile Phone site was updated to include online showing requests, our contracts system, more phone friendly screens and it is packaged in our attractive new design. Each of these were popular requests from our users and we are delighted to be able to provide them. Find it at iresis.com/mobile.

Most recently, InfoSparks was added to the IRES goodie bag of free power toInfoSparksLogoSmallols. Warning: This program is addictive and could change the way you present market trends and statistics to your clients! Check it out under the Reports menu and consider taking a class.

As always, we are committed to data sharing with REcolorado and remain open to negotiations and crafting an updated data sharing agreement.
