Voters overwhelmingly approved the question giving the City permission to investigate the creation of municipal broadband utility (2C). Downtown property owners voted against the two DDA funding measures. 59 percent of the voters said no on Question 5A and 5B lost by 56 percent. LBAR supported the broadband measure (2C) and the two DDA questions. Note: Fort Collins voters approved a similar broadband measure by the same margin (83 percent).
