Information and Real Estate Services, LLC, (IRES Multiple Listing Service) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Realtors Property Resource® (RPR®) that will significantly broaden exposure for active listings within the state of Colorado. Using a set of sharing permissions called RPR View™, the agreement grants REALTORS® across the nation access to all active IRES listings. Members can expect the program to take effect sometime around August 1, 2015.
“The increased exposure of IRES active listings is in the best interest of REALTORS® throughout Colorado and our sellers,” said Keith Kanemoto, IRES chairman and past president of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR).
IRES CEO, Lauren Hansen, added, “We are pleased to open up this option within RPR to benefit our brokers and their sellers. We hope to see more participation from other MLSs in Colorado and beyond. ”
Through RPR View™, up to 1.1 million U.S. REALTORS® will have access to a much larger footprint of Colorado’s active listings, including sales data, valuations, assessments, deeds, foreclosures, school stats, and market trends, just to name a few.
