The University of Northern Colorado will contribute an additional $1,500 in downpayment assistance to eligible employees who purchase homes through Greeley Home Ownership Program (G HOPE). On April 7th the City Council approved a resolution that authorizes an intergovernmental agreement between the two entities. Greeley Urban Renewal Authority will manage the funds and the two governments will share the costs.
