Angelique Espinoza, Public Affairs Director for the Boulder Chamber and a former Boulder City Council member, announced Thursday that she will seek election to the Colorado House of Representatives. If elected in November 2016, Espinoza, a Democrat, would represent House District 10, the seat which is currently held by term-limited Dickie Lee Hullinghorst. HD 10 includes much of Boulder as well as unincorporated Gunbarrel in Boulder County. If elected, Espinoza could be a better voice for Boulder’s business community.
