CDOT Unveils Transportation Plan

CDOT’s new transportation plan is big on ideas but low on cash. It has four goals for the State’s roadways: Safety, mobility, economic vitality and maintenance. The plan focuses on operational efficiencies and the use of alternative funding such as toll revenues.
