Fort Collins: Candidate Slate for Municipal Election

CSU Professor Wade Troxell who has served as the Council representative for District 4 for eight years, will face off against outdoors advocate Ward Luthi in the mayoral race. Businessman and former mayor Ray Martinez is running against retired teacher and school board member Nancy Tellez for the District 2 seat. In District 4 REALTOR Eric Kronwall faces volunteer and retail sales professional Kristin Stephens In District 6 incumbent Gerry Horak is being challenged by Carl Wangsvick, a retired teacher

In addition, voters will consider at least five ballot questions, all of which were initiated by the City Council. More information about the ballot questions is available here: Note: FCBR will interview City Council candidates Feb. 25 and announce its endorsements shortly thereafter. Ballots will be mailed to eligible voters by March 23.
