The Northern Colorado Economic Development Corporation (NCEDC) announced it has hired Organization Dynamics LLC to provide temporary chief executive services following the resignation of Walt Elish, who resigned in September. Doug Marsh, a principal with Organization Dynamics, will serve as interim CEO, engage a team of associates to search for a permanent chief executive and help run the corporation for five to seven months.
NCEDC Board Chair Paul Mueller said the company has also retained Denver-based public relations firm Dovetail Solutions to work with Organization Dynamics on NCEDC’s messaging, branding and relationship development. He said the two organizations will address local business expansion and retention as well as market the region for business attraction, particularly for primary employers.
