Longmont: LAR Endorses Cory Gardner

The Longmont Association of REALTORS’ Board of Directors voted to support Cory Gardner for the US Senate, following a recommendation from the Government Affairs Committee. The endorsement is based on the following rationale: “Congressman Gardner has demonstrated his commitment to issues of concern to the real estate community. He visits with the leadership from LAR on a regular basis, asking about our local market and what he can do to support our industry.”  In contrast, his opponent Mark Udall has never taken the time to meet with anyone from LAR and appears to focus his time and energy on the Denver/Boulder area.
