The Legislative Council of the Colorado General Assembly just mailed a copy of the “Blue Book” — otherwise known as the State Ballot Information Booklet — to each registered voter household. The Blue Book contains a lot of information both pro and con on each ballot issue and recommendations on the retention of judges.
