Hands-On Prerequisites

You must be comfortable with the use of a mouse and have basic computer
skills. During class you will share a laptop with another student. Only
onsite training laptops can be used.

If you require any special accommodations to attend our training sessions, please notify us in advance by emailing admin@ires-net.com and indicate the nature of the needed accommodation.

Walk-Ins and Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee seats to walk-ins. If you cannot
attend a class you have signed up for, please email us a cancellation so someone
can take your place.

No Time for Class?

If you are unable to take a class, under the Resources Tab you will find
a “Training” icon with options to peruse over 2 dozen tutorials,
presentations and videos at your convenience. Or, simply click the
“Help” icon at the top of any screen to view information about that
particular screen.
