Listings on Your Website

There are several ways to have IRES MLS listings on your website to share with the public:
 

Frame ColoProperty
Any IRES subscriber in good standing may frame ColoProperty in order to display all active listings on his or her web site for free. Here’s how it works: When a visitor accesses ColoProperty.com through your framed site they can search all IRES active listings. If they click “Request Info” on any listing detail, the inquiry will be emailed to you instead of the listing agent. If you are an active IRES subscriber and would like to utilize this ColoProperty framing option on your web site, simply contact us (info@coloproperty.com) and provide the following information:

•Your web site address
•Your email address where leads will be sent
•Contact person

We will send you a URL for the new frame generally within one business day of your request.

My Inventory
“My Inventory” is the listing inventory of an individual or office, dynamically linked to ColoProperty.com® and updated automatically every hour. Each listing features all of the trimmings found on ColoProperty.com® such as maps, multiple photos, virtual tour, your personal photo & contact information, and the “Request Info” button that sends a lead directly to you.The cost is $10 per month with no set up fee.See a sample of how the “My Inventory” can be framed. Inventory Search
“Inventory Search” allows visitors to search your or your office listing inventory only. It displays all active listings for the agent or office and is dynamically linked to ColoProperty.com®. IDX
More Difficult, More Expense
Participating broker/owners may download active listings of other participating broker/owners and display them on the broker web site in accordance with IRES rules and policies. You may have heard this program referred to as Broker Reciprocity or Internet Data Exchange (IDX). Find a RETS Developer

RETS
All downloads are available via RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard). RETS facilitates and standardizes data transfer between partners in the real estate industry. Benefits include:

Virtual Office Website (VOW Policy)

Download Options

Direct access by the broker.
This approach means the broker will be manipulating the data personally and the I2I/IDX Registration form is required. The fee is $20 per month per URL.

Third Party Solutions
Third parties such as web developers may also qualify to receive the IDX download and are subject to the same I2I/IDX rules and policies. Forms required include the Broker Authorization for Third Party Access and the Database Access License Agreement. Please contact IRES for all of the details, fee structure and forms.

Canceling Downloads

Opt Out
Broker/owners who choose not to participate in IDX are required to submit the I2I/IDX Opt-Out Agreement to IRES.
