Since IRES is a Limited Liability Company, our elected leaders are called Managers. Each owner Board/Association of IRES (Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont and Loveland/Berthoud) must have a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4, for a total of 13 Managers. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month as well as virtual and remote meetings, as needed.
Manager Requirements
Anyone interested in becoming an IRES Manager must be the owner of a company (minimum 25% ownership), or President, CEO, COO, EVP or General Manager who has held such position with the same company for a minimum of 6 months.
Computer Savvy
All candidates must be proficient in email programs including receiving, sending and handling attachments (opening, printing, sending).
3 Year Term
All candidates for Manager must be willing to serve a three-year term and attend regularly scheduled meetings.
